Running The Shapiro Group
I’m helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Austin real estate market. My focus is clear guidance, strong analysis, and making sure every client gets the best possible value. The spring market is here and the picture is shifting fast. The February report showed the transition out of the winter lull, and the March update caught a major psychological milestone on rates plus what my partner Lee Abraham and I are calling a “Great Migration” within the city itself.
Supporting Investors
I continue to advise clients on building long-term real estate portfolios. My experience across rentals, commercial partnerships, and spec development helps clients identify the right properties and avoid the wrong ones. With buyer activity picking up and the spring market fully in swing, I’m working closely with investors to find opportunities before pricing catches up.
Growing Community in Austin
I’m staying active in the Austin community, connecting with new people through outdoor activities, fitness, and the city’s food scene. These relationships give me a better understanding of what different buyers are looking for and keep me plugged into what’s happening across the city.
Giving Back
I regularly support Heroes for Children and the Hold ‘Em for Heroes event, raising funds for families with children battling cancer. It’s work that means a lot to me.
Life Outside Work
When I’m not helping clients, I’m outdoors, staying active, spending time with friends, or traveling. Austin remains the perfect home base for all of it.
