Running The Shapiro Group

I’m helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Austin real estate market. My focus is clear guidance, strong analysis, and making sure every client gets the best possible value. In our January 2026 market report, we saw closed sales come in higher than expected and early signs that pent-up demand is starting to move.

Supporting Investors

I continue to advise clients on building long-term real estate portfolios. My experience across rentals, commercial partnerships, and spec development helps clients identify the right properties and avoid the wrong ones. Right now, with inventory at seasonal lows and buyer activity picking up, I’m working closely with investors to find opportunities before the spring market heats up.

Growing Community in Austin

I’m staying active in the Austin community, connecting with new people through outdoor activities, fitness, and the city’s food scene. These relationships give me a better understanding of what different buyers are looking for and keep me plugged into what’s happening across the city.

Giving Back

I regularly support Heroes for Children and the Hold ‘Em for Heroes event, raising funds for families with children battling cancer. It’s work that means a lot to me.

Life Outside Work

When I’m not helping clients, I’m outdoors, staying active, spending time with friends, or traveling. Austin remains the perfect home base for all of it.
