"Week of Silence: My Vipassana Meditation Journey" is about what happened when I completely unplugged. Have you ever wondered what that would actually feel like? I found out, and it was not what I expected.

"How I Strategically Use Caffeine" gets into my actual system for managing energy. My sleep was down that week and I needed to figure out something that worked. This is what I came up with.

"My Thoughts on Gratitude" starts simply: "Hola beloved friends and family." It is one of the more personal things I have written and it came from a moment where I just needed to put my feelings on paper.

More on the way. I keep experimenting with how to live better, and I keep writing about what I learn.
